"The Shafiq campaign has accused the Muslim Brotherhood of rigging elections in Mursi’s favour in Fayoum, Minya, Beni Suwef and Qena.

"Yahia El-Kadry, a lawyer for the Shafiq campaign, announced on Wednesday that he had filed an appeal against the results of 241 polling stations, accusing the Muslim Brotherhood of pre-marking 1,000,000 ballots in favour of its candidate."

Muslim Brother Mohamed Morsi (Mursi) and his boss?

'Brotherhood claims Mursi in lead with 69% of Egypt votes'

"The campaign team of Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohamed Mursi claimed Saturday that he had won 69 percent of the vote after the first-day of a two-day run-off election to determine Egypt's first freely-elected president in the country's history, Egyptian daily Al-Ahram reported."

Do the CIA and Mossad want the Muslim Brotherhood candidate, or the Mubarak ally, to win the Presidential election in Egypt?

According to The Economist, which we presume is the voice of Israel and the Pentagon, "a Muslim Brother is better than a Mubarak crony."

Ahmed Shafiq, who worked for Mubarak.

The Mubarak ally, Ahmed Shafiq, has been "promising to cancel the debts of farmers" and been "insinuating that charities are foreign agents."

Vote for the Brother

A vote for the Muslim Brotherhood's Morsi would suit the governments of both Israel and the USA.

If there is to be a Greater Israel, then Israel needs Egypt to be provoked into a fight.

The Muslim Brotherhood, as 'agents of the CIA and MI6', will perhaps oblige.

Tel Aviv delighted as anti-Israeli moods sweep across Egypt

The Financial Times, also a friend of Israel, wants Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood to be given "a fair chance."

Putschist shadow cast over Egypt

Elliott Abrahms (left)

Elliott Abrahms, the powerful American Zionist, seems to support the Muslim Brotherhood's Mursi.

(Zionists eager for Mursi‎)

"Elliot Abrams and other spokesmen for AIPAC and the Zionist lobby argue that Shafik's victory next month is not necessarily something Israel and the West should favour or work to arrange.

Abrams writes: 'If the Muslim Brotherhood's Mursi wins and he will, the Muslim Brotherhood will be in charge - and be forced to deliver. And when they fail, as they will, given Israel's key friends in the international business community, it will be absolutely clear who was to blame and this is good for Israel.'"

Not surprisingly, is supporting the Muslim Brotherhood candidate.

What we wrote earlier:

In May 2009, Clinton meets "Egyptian activists", prior to meetings at the State Department in Washington.

On 6th February 2011, in the UK's Mail on Sunday, PETER HITCHENS told us about Egypt, People Power...and the truth we dare not speak

Like Aangirfan, Peter Hitchens has witnessed alleged People Power.

People Power, if  it is to be successful, always has to be organised by the spooks.

Among the points made by Peter Hitchens:

1. The liberation of Romania was followed by an era of renewed corruption and political squalor that has not come to an end and is not likely to.

2. I have seen it argued – credibly – that the joyous return of freedom to Prague was orchestrated by the KGB.

The Shah of Iran was toppled by the CIA and MI6?

Who does not like Mubarak?

On 9 January 2011, at American Chronicle, Ismail Imadudee asks if Israel is involved in a regional plot against Egypt.

Among the points made:

1. Egypt has tried hard to bring peace to the Middle East.

2. Israel has disrupted all of Egypt's efforts.

3. Israel has "continuously enjoyed embarrassing" Egypt.

4. Egypt's border with Gaza has been used by pro-Iran forces to enter Egypt and cause trouble.

5. The Gaza border situation has resulted in an aggressive media war which targets Egypt.

Who is helping the CIA-Mossad-NATO to reorganise North Africa and the Middle East?

According to Professor Michel Chossudovsky (The Protest Movement in Egypt.):

"Egyptian dissidents and opponents of Hosni Mubarak were received in May 2008 by Condoleezza Rice at the State Department and the US Congress.

"They also met White House National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley, who was 'the principal White House foreign policy adviser' during George W. Bush's second term."

(The Muslim Brotherhood was used by the CIA to topple the Shah.)

Michel Chossudovsky notes that:

"Britain's support of the Brotherhood instrumented through the British Secret Service dates back to the 1940s.

"Starting in the 1950s, according to former intelligence official William Baer, 'The CIA [funnelled] support to the Muslim Brotherhood because of the Brotherhood’s commendable capability to overthrow Nasser.'"

1954-1970: CIA and the Muslim Brotherhood Ally to Oppose Egyptian President Nasser.

"These covert links to the CIA were maintained in the post-Nasser era."

The CIA likes fascist fundamentalists rather than secular nationalists. reports in some detail on US grants and the use of social media to foment "revolution in Egypt".

The USA has given lots of money to Egypt's 'activists'.

"For 2009 alone, the NED (CIA) gave grants totaling almost One Million, Four hundred thousand dollars, to numerous groups."

The CIA seems to like fascist fundamentalists?

On 5 February 2011, at the New York Review of Books, Ian Johnson has written about Washington's Secret History with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Among the points made:

1. "Since the 1950s, the United States has secretly struck up alliances with the Brotherhood or its offshoots...

2. "In 1953 ... a covert US propaganda program headed by the US Information Agency brought over three dozen Islamic scholars and civic leaders mostly from Muslim countries...

"The ultimate goal was to promote an anti-Communist agenda in these newly independent countries, many of which had Muslim majorities.

"One of the leaders ... was... Saeed Ramahdan (Said Ramadan)...

"Eisenhower officials ... figured that religion was a force that US could make use of...

"Central Intelligence Agency analyses of Said Ramadan were quite blunt, calling him a ... 'fascist'.
3. "By the end of the decade, the CIA was overtly backing Ramadan...

"In the 1950s and 1960s the United States supported him as he took over a mosque in Munich...
"In later years, he supported the Iranian revolution..."

4. The CIA "with the start of the Soviet war in Afghanistan" backed the mujahedeen - "some of whom morphed into al-Qaeda ... but Washington continued to flirt with Islamists, and especially the Brotherhood."

Cairo kids!
Cairo kids by Shek Graham

5. "The Bush administration devised a strategy to establish close relations with Muslim groups in Europe that were ideologically close to the Brotherhood...

"In 2005, the State Department launched an effort to woo the Brotherhood. In 2006, for example, it organized a conference in Brussels between these European Muslim Brothers and American Muslims, such as the Islamic Society of North America, who are considered close to the Brotherhood...

"The CIA pushed for cooperation...

6. "The Brotherhood has managed to voice the aspirations of the Muslim world’s downtrodden and often confused middle class.
"It explained their backwardness in an interesting mixture of fundamentalism and fascism...

"It has ... given birth to many of the more violent strains of radical Islamism, from Hamas to al-Qaeda...

7. "In Egypt, the Brotherhood ... says it wants religious courts to enforce shariah...

8. "The group’s most powerful cleric, the Qatar-based Youssef Qaradawi ... advocates the stoning of homosexuals and the murder of Israeli children - because they will grow up and could serve as soldiers.

"Qaradawi ... has often been mentioned as a candidate to be the Egyptian branch’s top leader.

"He is very likely the most influential cleric in the Muslim world - on Friday, for example, thousands of Egyptian protesters in Tahrir Square listened to a broadcast of his sermon..."

Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the Dean of Islamic Studies at the University of Qatar ... works out of London as head of the Islamic Council of Europe.

Egyptians, realising that their country has been undermined by the CIA-Mossad Arab Spring, appear to have boycotted the presidential elections of June 2012.

"Official turnout figures were not released yesterday, but electoral observers say it could be as low as 15 per cent.

"From an electorate of 50 million, that would mean Egypt's next President had been chosen from a total of about seven million votes.

"'We think the turnout definitely did not exceed 15 per cent,' said Sherine el-Touny, of the Egyptian monitoring bodyShayfeencom...

"Another organisation monitoring the poll, a committee from Egypt's Lawyers' Syndicate legal union, also said it believed the overall turnout was about 15 per cent."

Voltaire Network

7 June 2012,

In an exclusive interview with RT, Lebanese Interior Minister Marwan Charbel said that the Arab Spring has borne no fruit for any of the affected countries, so the ongoing process should rather be called the ’Israeli Spring’, since no country now poses a threat to Israel. Furthermore, external forces seek to divide and weaken all the countries surrounding Israel in order to ensure her security.

Egypt: Egyptian Girls

Meanwhile, if the Muslim Brotherhood candidate, Mr Mursi, wins the presidency of Egypt, Israel may be tempted to try to steal the Sinai from Egypt.

On 18 June 1012, there was a 'terrorist' incident in Egypt's Sinai.

Israeli military spokesman Yoav Mordechai said: 'A terrorist squad opened fire and possibly also fired an anti-tank rocket at an area where (Israel) is constructing the border fence.'

An Israeli military source said one of the workmen, an Arab, was killed.

'We can see a disturbing deterioration in Egypt's control of the Sinai's security,' Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak said.

Israel to attack Egypt

The IDF is moving tanks closer to the Egyptian border
The IDF has deployed Armored forces near the Israel -Egypt border, moving tanks closer to the fence, Ynet has learned. The unusual move followed Monday's attack on defense contractor crews building the new security fence.

Ynet was able to document the presence of Israeli tanks in close proximity to the border – maneuvers which are barred by Jerusalem's peace treaty with Cairo.
That's right! The movement of tanks to the border is barred by the peace treaty with Cairo!

We are supposed to believe the tank movement was a response to the so called attack. Not likely.
Early in May, there was news that caused me to be a little suspicious that something was afoot with Egypt and Syria. Notice that date of this article? Large and in red. Israel prepares for Mideast war- May 04/2012
Today, Israel prepares for Mideast conflict; recently, six army battalions were called up to meet threats from Egyptian and Syrian borders The Times of Israel reported that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) gave emergency call up orders to six reserve battalions due to ongoing hostilities developing on the Egyptian and Syrian borders.
The Knesset gave the IDF permission to summon 16 additional reserve battalions when required, according to Israeli press on Wednesday, 2 May 2012. These actions demonstrate the severity of the tensions growing among Israel, Syria, and Egypt.Israel needs its army in place when it attacks Iran because Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas will immediately strike  Israel; therefore, the IDF must be ready

"Alarm bells are ringing inside and outside Egypt as the country faces an economic crisis nearly one year after the revolution.

"Growth has stalled, foreign direct investment has dried up, tourists have stayed away, the country’s safety net of foreign exchange reserves has nearly bottomed out, and only a fraction of promised aid has materialized."

Things are stirring in the part of Egypt called the Sinai, next to the Suez canal.

There has been news of a deadly soccer riot, the kidnapping of Americans, the shooting of a French tourist, the kidnapping of Chinese workers and attacks on gas pipelines.

Back in 1956, French prime minister Guy Mollet, UK prime minister Anthony Eden and Israeli leader David Ben-Gurion met in secret and agreed to make a joint attack on Egypt.

(Israel would like the Sinai to be part of a Greater Israel)

On 29th October 1956, the Israeli Army invaded Egypt.

Two days later the British and French bombed Egyptian airfields. British and French troops landed at Port Said at the northern end of the Suez Canal on 5th November.

"By this time the Israelis had captured the Sinai peninsula." (Suez Crisis)

1956 invasion

On 3 February 2012, we learn of the Americans kidnapped in the Sinai. (Washington Post (blog))
Bedouin gunmen attacked and robbed a tourist minivan in St Catherine, in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.

The minivan contained Americans and other nationalities.

Two American women were driven off into the mountains and held captive for around six hours.

A few days earlier, 25 Chinese factory workers were kidnapped from a bus in Sinai.

Around the same time, a soccer riot in the Sinai left about 70 people dead.
