Belliraj, who worked for the Belgian security services, and who has been blamed for bombings in Morocco , is from Molenbeek St Jean. In August 2008 there was a sighting of Madeleine McCann in Molenbeek St Jean.

At some point in the 1990s, Abdelkader Belliraj, a Moroccan-Belgian, went to work for the Belgian intelligence agency, the Sûreté de l'État. (Abdelkader Belliraj - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

Belliraj had dinner with Osama bin Laden less than two weeks before the 9 11 attacks.

Reportedly, Belliraj also worked for the CIA and the Moroccan secret service. (Abdelkader Belliraj)

Between February and June 2008, 35 arrests are made in Belgium and Morocco.

Among those arrested was Belliraj.

Girl in Molenbeek

Belliraj is from Molenbeek St Jean, in Belgium.

In August 2008, Kate and Gerry McCann studied CCTV footage of possible Maddie sighting in Molenbeek.

In August 2008 "Molenbeek St Jean made the headlines again when images of a girl resembling Madeleine McCann, seen walking hand in hand with the veiled Moroccan woman, were splashed across European newspapers.

"It appears that Bellraj's hometown of Molenbeek St Jean had been under the surveillance of both the Intelligence Services and Oakley International - the Private Investigators hired by the McCanns in January 2008." (Who's Outside The Box? A Glossary of Characters)

In 2009 Belliraj was sent to jail for planning terrorist attacks in Morocco.

The Riyadh bombings (May 2003) and the Casablanca bombings (March/April 2007) are said to have been orchestrated by Belliraj. (Cached)

Reportedly this picture shows Madeleine McCann, a bald man who seems to have links to the police, and Robert Murat.

According to Pedro Namora, a former Casa Pia orphan: "There is a massive, sophisticated network at play here - stretching from the government to the judiciary and the police...

"There are magistrates, ambassadors, police, politicians - all have procured children..."

"Files have been released showing that Portuguese police dismissed dozens of potential sightings of Madeleine." (Madeleine McCann suspect photo files kept secret by Portuguese ...)

Madeleine's aunt Philomena McCann criticised the Portuguese police, claiming they had played down her disappearance and were being "uncommunicative". (

The bald man and a policeman. They may be the same man.

On 6 March 2010, the excellent suraci.blogspot/ commented on these interesting photos relating to the Madeleine McCann story (Curious denial)

According to Suraci: "To my eye these are the same man, and so the question still stands as to why a Portuguese Police officer, with links to Murat and his wider social circle, was possibly seen shadowing the family before the event."

According to The Sun newspaper, 7 August 2008, the Metropolitan (London area) Police intelligence unit, in an e-mail, stated: 'Intelligence suggests that a paedophile ring in Belgium made an order for a young girl three days before Madeleine McCann was taken.'

(British police feared Madeleine was 'stolen to order' by Belgian paedophile ring. Paedophile ring snatched Madeleine McCann, Scotland Yard fears ... )

'Somebody connected to this group saw Madeleine and took a photograph of her. The purchaser agreed that the girl was suitable and Madeleine was taken.'

The Metropolitan (London) police had been tipped off by an anonymous source.

On 3 May, 2007, Madeleine was kidnapped

On 4 May, reportedly, Jean-Michel Nihoul was released from jail.(Cached )

On 31 May, the Bilderberg meetings began near Istanbul.

In March 2008, Belliraj was arrested.

On 5 March, 2008, the UK police email was sent by John Shord of the Met’s CO14 vice intelligence unit, to police in the McCanns’ home county of Leicestershire.

On 21 April, John Hughes of Leicestershire Police then apparently sent the e-mail to Portugal.

That means a six-week delay.

On 28 April, Inspector Ricardo Paiva sent the e-mail to Lisbon Interpol on April 28.

On 23 May, Interpol replied.
